- 5 oz lime juice
- 5 oz maple syrup
- 2 oz coconut water
- Garnish: lime slice
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard to chill and mix.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
