NEW MEXICO Medical CANNABIS DISPENSARY

About Medicinal Cannabis

As one of the longest-standing and well-recognized medical cannabis dispensaries, Verdes was extremely excited to be one of the first to open our doors as a recreational cannabis dispensary in New Mexico.

As of April 1st, 2022, the production, sale, and use of recreational cannabis is legal for adults age 21 and older. We welcome locals, visitors, newcomers, the curious, and those who’ve championed this progress for years to shop at our six locations.

QUALITY MEDICINAL CANNABIS IN NEW MEXICO

The active cannabinoids in medical cannabis are similar to chemicals produced by the body that affect appetite, memory, movement, and pain. Research suggests that cannabinoids may prove helpful in reducing anxiety and inflammation, relieving pain, and controlling nausea and vomiting resulting from chemotherapy.

Studies have indicated the potential of cannabis to relax tight muscles in people with MS, relieve pain, reduce anxiety, stimulate appetite, reduce nausea, and improve weight gain in those with cancer and AIDS.

To access medical cannabis in New Mexico, you will need a written recommendation from a licensed doctor to obtain a medical cannabis card from the state.
