• 21+ adults are permitted to purchase and possess the following: up to 2 ounces of cannabis, 16 grams of cannabis extract, and 800 milligrams of cannabis-infused edibles.
• While we welcome tourists from across the country, it is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines, even if you are headed to a state with legalized recreational cannabis.
• You are not allowed to consume cannabis in public, but there are licensed cannabis consumption lounges found throughout the state where you can partake in your favorite cannabis product.
• All recreational cannabis purchases are taxed with a combination of a 12% cannabis tax and gross receipts tax.
